All bets are placed at the User's own risk. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has accepted it and a confirmation message or bet receipt has been issued. The Platform reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting activity or where a technical error has produced erroneous odds.
If the Platform offers odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error (including but not limited to incorrectly displayed prices, system errors or data feed failures), the Platform reserves the right to void such bets and return the staked amounts to the User's Account without payment of winnings. This applies even where the bet has been formally accepted.
A market may be declared void by the Platform in the following circumstances, among others:
Where a market is voided, all stakes on that market shall be returned to Users' Accounts. No winnings will be paid on a voided market.
For Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL, ICC international matches and bilateral series — specific rules apply regarding rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, super overs and match abandonment. These rules are published in the Platform's full Betting Rules document. Where these T&Cs conflict with sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by 33x777 are subject to the specific terms accompanying each offer, including wagering requirements, qualifying deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. By accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times on qualifying games before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x means that a PKR 1,000 bonus must generate PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus converts. The specific multiple applies to each individual offer.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting promotional structures — is a prohibited activity. The Platform reserves the right to void bonus funds, forfeit associated winnings and suspend or close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only Real Money Balance (including Bonus Funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements and converted to real money) is eligible for withdrawal. If a User requests a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
